It Starts Not With a Brush, But With a Question

Every world-class artwork begins long before the first stroke of paint. For me, it starts with a question that lingers, a theme that demands exploration.

My series, "Stillness to Elysian," was born from this very place. It began with a contemplation on transition—the quiet moments between chaos and peace, the internal journey from the earthly to the sublime. This conceptual foundation is the non-negotiable first step; it's the soul of the work that guides every subsequent decision.
But an idea is fragile. The real challenge is building the discipline to nurture it into a tangible legacy. This dedication—the early mornings, the relentless pursuit of technique, the courage to submit to international stages like the Florence Biennale—is what separates a fleeting inspiration from a lasting contribution to culture.
This is the unseen 90% of the work. The 10% you see on the canvas is simply the evidence of the journey.
